Your realtor is probably the person who can advise you on what the actual value of your property is. And in most cases that value is close to what can be considered being a fair price.
We don’t aim to negotiate the lst euro out of your price. We believe it is a much better strategy to make sure you get a fair price, in exchange for us acquiring your property through the procedure we want.
